[00:00:11] Clay Bristow: Sure. We’re based out of Chilliwack BC. But we service anywhere from Abbotsford. Primarily from Mount Lehman exit to anywhere in Hope. We go anywhere from Columbia Valley to Fairfield Island and everywhere in between.

[00:00:24] Sherman Hu: Are you surprised by where jobs are in different cities? Are you predominantly in one or two cities?

[00:00:31] Clay Bristow: No. One day we might find ourselves in Fairfield. The next day we’ll be in Harrison Hot Springs. Whoever calls us, that’s where we go.

What are your specialities or services provided to homeowners?

[00:00:40] Sherman Hu: That’s great. What are your specialties or the services that you provide to homeowners?

[00:00:46] Clay Bristow: We do a bit of every everything, really, as far as plumbing is concerned inside the home.

[00:00:51] Clay Bristow: So you’re looking at things like unclogging your drains, replacing your hot water tank. Replacing your toilet, your faucets, anything like that. Diagnosing and fixing, leak repairs, whether it be copper piping, PEX piping, Poly B™ piping, CPVC, we do it all. So yeah, anything service related.

[00:01:10] Sherman Hu: Are there services that you seem to be busy with in the month of April that a lot of homeowners are asking for?

[00:01:18] Clay Bristow: Coming up here, obviously we are getting into Spring. So we’re looking at a lot of people who are looking to have more outside taps replaced, get a lot of calls for that right now.

[00:01:26] Clay Bristow: People noticing that they left the hose on through the winter by accident, and now they’re leaking. We’ve got a lot of those calls coming up.

[00:01:32] Sherman Hu: You mentioned the technical term for outside taps is called hose bibbs?

[00:01:38] Clay Bristow: We call them “hose bibbs”. That’s what we refer to them as in our code book. It’s the plumbing, nerdy, technical term, but common layman terms is “outside tap”.

Are there any specials for this service in the month of May?
